After 5 years of experience, observation and reflection, we realized that recruitment agencies were not evolving and were increasingly being shunned by candidates who no longer trusted them. 

 

Whose fault is it? Have recruiters become sausage-making machines, battling it out for cash, percentages, bonuses...?

 

All this, of course, to the detriment of the candidates, who become objects to be auctioned off. 

 

All this was getting on our nerves, so we thought it was the right time to create 1perTInent!

 

Obviously, we don't claim to revolutionize the entire industry, but every new person brings with them a wind of change, and we're ready to blow hard!
